This Cookies Policy explains how C.D.W.S Pty Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies in QHDC Maintenance Console (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the Service remember your session, preferences, and consent choices. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage) may be used for the same purposes.

3. Types of cookies we use
Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the Service to work. They enable secure login, session management, CSRF protection, and remembering your cookie consent choice. The Service cannot function properly without them.
- Session / authentication cookies — keep you signed in while using the Service
- CSRF / XSRF tokens — help prevent cross-site request forgery
- cookie_consent — stores whether you accepted all cookies or essential-only
Preference cookies
These cookies remember choices you make in the interface (for example audio alert preferences or install-banner dismissals) so the Service feels consistent across visits. When you choose “Essential only” on the cookie banner, non-essential preference cookies should not be set for new optional features that rely on consent.
Analytics / marketing cookies
The Service does not currently set third-party analytics or marketing cookies by default. If that changes, this policy will be updated and optional cookies will only be used where you have consented (Accept all).

Essential only. Your choice is stored in the cookie_consent
cookie for up to 365 days. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; doing so may
sign you out and show the banner again.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies via their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login and other core features from working.
